It’s time to find the right people who can support you and delegate. And I understand how this can seem daunting. ‘Can I afford it?’ ‘I want to make sure things are done right, so I need to do it myself.’ ‘It is faster if I just take care of things, rather than train someone else.’ Are these thoughts running through your head? I understand you. It is very hard to trust someone with your business. Why? Because they will be your responsibility, and at the end of the day, managing a team and growing a business can be a lot to balance.
You have to admit that you need help and support to delegate the extra workload. There is no shame in asking for assistance. Push aside the pride, show respect for the talent others can bring to the table, and free yourself so you can focus on the money-making activities that actually grow your business.
